Suspension Of Benefits Upon Reemployment After Retirement

in a ABC-NABET Covered Position After Retirement
If, after you retire, you return to work for the Company
as an employee in bargaining unit employment, your retirement benefits from this
Plan will be suspended if you work at least 40 or more hours in any calendar
month. The Trustees will notify a retired participant of any benefit suspension
during the first month during which benefits are suspended in accordance with
the Plan.
